You can enable JavaScript by following the steps in the Documentation
  1. Accessing the Workbooth Wizard Application

    When you start each work day, you start your computer and log in using your TeleTech credentials.
    Before performing any work-related tasks, you must first punch in to begin your work day. This ensures TeleTech pays you for all worktime-qualifying tasks required for you to perform your job.
    To access the Workbooth Wizard Application:
    1. Click the Start icon.
    2. Click the TeleTech folder.
    3. Select the Go to Work option.

    Though not required, TeleTech recommends that you create a Start menu shortcut for a more convenient experience.
    To create the shortcut:
    1. Right-click the Go to Work option
    2. From the drop-down menu, select the Pin to Start Menu command.

    You are ready to begin using the wizard.

  2. Using the Workbooth Wizard Quick Links Menu

    When you access the Workbooth Wizard, you receive the Quick Links menu and a customized message that corresponds with your timed scenario:
    ScenarioMessage
    Accessing when scheduled to work within 15 minutes or lessWFO indicates that you are scheduled to work within 15 minutes. If you are logging in to begin your scheduled shift, please select the ‘Start/End Shift’ option below.
    Accessing when not scheduled to workWFO indicates that you are not scheduled to work. If you believe your schedule in WFO may be incorrect, please click the ‘Start/End Shift’ option. If you received a Jumper Request and were directed to use this option in the message, please click the ‘Jumper’ option. If you are experiencing Technical issues, please click the ‘Technical’ option.
    Accessing between 16 and 60 minutes before scheduled shiftWFO indicates that your shift starts in more than 15 minutes. Please log in closer to your scheduled shift start time or click the option below to indicate your reason for logging in.
    Accessing more than 60 minutes before scheduled shiftWFO indicates that your shift starts in more than 60 minutes. Please log in closer to your scheduled shift start time or click the option below to indicate your reason for logging in.
    Accessing more than 60 minutes after your scheduled shift began, but has not endedWFO indicates that your shift has already started. If you are logging in to begin your scheduled shift, please select the ‘Start/End Shift’ option. If you are not ready to login for your shift, please select an alternate option.
    Accessing after your scheduled shift has endedWFO indicates that your schedule has ended for the day. If you are logging in to take calls, please select the ‘Start/End Shift’ option. If you are not logging in to handle calls, please select an alternate option.

  3. Using the Kronos Clock Punch Menu.

    When you click the Start/End Shift button, you are directed to the Kronos Clock Punch menu.

    Click Start/End Shift

  4. Punching in and out to Begin or End Your Scheduled Shift

    • To begin your work day, click the In Punch icon. You are punched in for the start of your shift.
    • To end your scheduled shift, click the Out Punch icon. You are punched out of your work day.

    Click /next to install


  5. Punching in and Out for Scheduled Rest and Meal Breaks

    When you go on a scheduled break, you must also manage your clock punches using the In Punch and Out Punch icons.

    • To begin your scheduled break, click the Out Punch icon.
    • To end your scheduled break, click the In Punch icon.

    NOTE: The Workbooth Wizard application is only used when working or performing permitted activities when not logged in to Workbooth. Once you log in to Workbooth, the Workbooth Wizard application is no longer available. Use the standard Kronos Clock Punch menu for punching in and out for rest and meal breaks, and up training that begins or ends in the middle of your scheduled shift.


  6. Using Other Clock Punch Menu Options

    • If you are punching in for your initial TeleTech Essentials and client production training, click the Initial Training In icon.
    • If you have completed client production training and are in the Nesting phase of your tenure, click the Nesting Training In icon.
    • If you are attending a scheduled up training session, click the Up Training In icon.
    • When it is time to stop your training, nesting, or up training, click the Out Punch icon.
    • When it is time to begin a scheduled meal or rest break, click the Out Punch icon.
    • When it is time to end a scheduled shift, click the Out Punch icon.


  7. Punching Accurately

    To ensure your activities are coded correctly in Kronos, punching accurately is critical. Committing missed or incorrect punches is the primary cause of requested timekeeping corrections. Do your part to make sure your time is coded correctly to avoid payroll discrepancies and to help us promptly ensure that you are paid for all time worked.

    When you stop one activity, and then start a different activity, you must always punch out first, and then punch in to the correct activity.

  8. Summarizing Your Daily Login and Logout Steps

    When you begin each scheduled shift:

    Click the Go to Work shortcut.

    1. From the Workbooth Wizard menu, click the Start/End Shift button.
    2. From the Kronos Clock Punch menu, click the In Punch button.
    3. Log in to Workbooth.
    4. Start all required applications.
    5. Log in to your phone system.


    When you end each scheduled shift:

    1. Log out of from your phone.
    2. Close all your applications.
    3. Log out of Workbooth.
    4. Click the Go to Work shortcut.
    5. From the Workbooth Wizard menu, click the Start/End Shift button.
    6. From the Kronos Clock Punch menu, click the Out Punch button.


  9. Using Helpful Tips

    Follow these best practices to ensure you accurately follow procedures.

    • Do not remain logged in to Workbooth outside of your scheduled shift.
    • Always use the Workbooth Wizard to begin and end your scheduled shift.
    • Use the standard Kronos Clock Punch menu to punch in and out throughout your scheduled shift.
